Our Office Policies

At our pediatric dental practice, we prioritize providing high-quality care and excellent customer service. We try to use common sense and are always open to feedback to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our patients and their families.

Missed Appointment Policy:

We strive to ensure timely and smooth access to dental care, especially for children in need. When an appointment is missed, it not only affects your child’s dental health but also delays care for other children who could have benefited from that appointment. We consider both no-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice as missed appointments. After two missed appointments, your family will be limited to same-day scheduling and may be dismissed from the practice. We do not charge a no-show fee; instead, we want to focus on providing care to those who need it most.We kindly ask for your cooperation in managing appointments responsibly to help us provide the best care to every child.

No Confirmation Policy:

We understand that life can be busy, but we kindly ask that you please confirm your child's appointment at least 48 hours in advance when we reach out to you via text, call, and email. If we do not receive confirmation, we will consider the appointment time as available to accommodate other children in need of care. We notice over 90% of unconfirmed appointments result in a no-show, and we want to ensure that we can provide care to as many children as possible.

Late Policy:

We understand that life happens, but we ask that you arrive on time for your child's appointment. We schedule kids' dentistry in small bite-sized pieces, typically 30 minutes. If you arrive 15 minutes late, that's half of the appointment time! While we will always try to accommodate late arrivals, if we feel that the care will be compromised due to rushing or cutting into the next patient's appointment time, we will have to reschedule the appointment.

Reminder for Legal Guardian:

We require the legal guardian to accompany their child to their first visit to our practice. This is to ensure that we have all necessary information and can provide the best care possible for your child.
